Convenient Location
The hotel is right next to stores, the University of Tennessee, and a shopping center. It was great being so close to everything. Our room was spotless and we even had a nice bathtub to relax in after a long day 😊.

The room was clean here with 2 supposedly double beds and tub, for example. The staff from start to finish were helpful and amiable. The location was good, not too far from Knoxville Expo Center.

The hotel was an incredible base for enjoying a secure area, just off restaurants, and a shopping center. The location was excellent - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. We found a nice Subway by accident, it was not very far from the venue. Recommend this place and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Very Cheap.
The Rooms were absolutely disgusting. I had to change rooms three times and then go out and buy cleaning supplies to clean the better room out of the three. There were several sketchy people walking around at night, which made the experience even more frightening. If I had to choose to sleep in my car or stay at this hotel again. I would choose my car. I do not recommend this hotel to others unless you need an absolutely cheap room and do not mind staying in a filthy environment with drug deals in the parking lot.

First they assigned us to a dirty uncleaned room. I complained, so they gave me the key to a room that was occupied. The third room was acceptable, but not great. They charged me for an extra adult, but did not give me towels and wash cloths for the extra adult. The staff was not friendly.

This was not a three star hotel. Very old. Interior was a mishmash of colors. Very old carpeting, toilet didn't work, had very little toilet paper remaining, grout was discolored, no hairdryer or coffee maker.

It was a place to sleep. Coffee and donuts were available in the lobby. The staff was friendly and only helpful as far as their authority allowed.
The non-smoking room smelled of stale cigarettes, there was a mixup on my reservations (my mistake), but the reception attendant didn't have the authority to deal with it, costing me an extra night's charge.

Location was good. Right off Interstate and close to several restaurants
This place is a dump! Wouldn't stay there again if the rooms were free. Would not have stayed this trip if my wife had been with me. All kinds of "undesirable" looking people just hanging around rooms. Air conditioner would not work in first room I was put in. Ac worked fine in second room, but both rooms had cigarette burns all over everything and the rooms are about 20 years past due for a revamp. Buddy I was traveling with went through three rooms before he got one that had ac that worked and without any water leaks in the room. Owner/family operating the place could barely speak English. Just not a place I could advise anyone to say at.

Check in desk clerk had never heard of bookings.com and thought my reservation wasn't real.

Easy to access city
Their price online was not what they charged. It cost about 25% more than was listed when we signed up.

It was FILTHY!!!! Also, we booked a room with 2 queen beds and they tried to pass off a room with 2 full beds as queen and we ended up having to sleep in those! The staff was HATEFUL!! Our children's feet were black from walking on the carpet an the bathroom basically had holes in the wall that had barely been covered! People outside our room were loud and the staff did nothing about it! WORST EXPERIENCE and WASTE OF MONEY I feel like I should get back!!

That they refunded my 2nd nights payment after I decided to leave after the 1st night.
In my 28 years of adult life, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. A young woman, whom I believe was a meth addict (fresh sores on her face, etc) and most likely a prostitute knocked on our room door at roughly midnight explaining she was "Jesicca" and hear to see someone. She repeated this several times until I informed her that I was with my daughter. The room was filthy beyond description, blankets stained, walls too dirty to describe, writing all over the bathroom door, non-smoking room had close to 100 cigarette burns all over the bathtub and shower, bathroom shower was mildewed and filthy, bathroorm door had peeling wood, no locks on main door, room separator door had no lock. This was the TN vs Florida game weekend. If I thought I could have gotten another room, even if it cost me $150 for that night, I would have done it in a heartbeat. This hotel should be closed down for it's utter filthiness. I took pictures of this horrific hotel room and when I get time will forward them to the City of Knoxville to investigate how this hotel is allowed to operate.

I don't think there was anything we liked about our stay.I have tried to come up with something positive, but just can't
The room was absolutely nasty, hotel run down, looks like was ready to be demolished, then someone went in & reopened. We only stayed one nite of our 2, left & stayed in another hotel. Cigarette burns all over comforter, mattresses filthy, dark brown to gray dirt. Headboard was coming off wall, as well as clothing rack. Reeked of smoke, had asked for non smoking. No toeplate on door & sun was coming in under door, Had prostitute knock on door twice around 1:00 AM. Bathroom had brown stuff on walls splattered, as well as just being gross. Was glad had brought my own sheets & pillows. Didn't have towels, went & asked for one, & was given to me out of grocery bag on lobby floor. Will never, ever stay here again!!!!!!!! I did take pictures but they don't do it justice. Also had cigarette burns on tub & bedside table. I know room was cheap, but did expect at least clean. Also right next to interstate, so was very noisy, especially since opening under door was large, sounded like door was open all nite!
